After viewing pianos in most of Yorkshire's piano shops I ended up buying my wonderful Yamaha U1 from GSG Pianos in Halifax. The range of pianos I understand is the largest in Yorkshire but the best thing about my experience was that I dealt with Graham the owner. Having purchased a starter digital piano from GSG Pianos seven years ago, we returned to the shop to buy a more advanced model as the children are progressing well. Graham was really helpful: his prices were very competitive , delivery was extremely quick and the piano was set up for us ready to use, with all the packaging taken away. All in all, an excellent service, and recommended without hesitation.
We 'launched' the piano yesterday with press in attendance (Keighley news & T &A). All went very well thanks to our guest pianist and the KS, so much so, that we overran our time slot. I think that when word gets around our attendance figures will rise considerably.
I have found that moving this piano around the hall is a breeze compared to its predecessor(s) I am personally most grateful for this. I would like to thank you on behalf of our club for the excellent and prompt service and advice you and your colleagues have shown throughout this whole process.

I purchased my dream piano from GSG Pianos and I have to say nothing was too much trouble. Graham's knowledge of pianos is excellent . Access to our house is difficult but GSG made eveyrthing seem so simple. If you require a piano there's isn't a better place to go.
